Aly shows up over half an hour late again, and Nereida is finished listening. She orders the girl facedown, then loops rope around wrists and ankles until they meet in the middle. One last tie yanks Aly’s black hair back to her heels, locking the arch and leaving her stuck in the most unforgiving hogtie. Four implements wait on the table: bamboo cane, leather belt, flogger, wooden spoon. Nereida shuffles a deck and starts drawing. Every card equals that many lashes across bare soles. The first few rounds bite; after the belt lands a full run of strikes Aly can’t stay quiet. Nereida peels off the blonde’s sweat-soaked socks, crams them into her mouth, and seals them in with thick strips of tape until the gag bulges and nothing escapes. Round after round the cards fall. Cane, belt, flogger, spoon—each used until its share is finished. By the end Aly lies trembling in the strict hogtie, hair still yanked tight, blindfold in place, tape gag sealed, feet throbbing. Nereida stands over her, then walks away, leaving the bound girl to spend the night right where she lost.
