Rope Bondage for Objectification - with Nikki Nefarious
2014·30 min
Nikki Nefarious wants you to make people into furniture. Jay West stands rigid while Daisy Ducati and Nikki loop three thirty-foot lengths of six-millimeter rope around his chest, wrists and ankles. They pull the nylon tight, hoist his arms above his head, and lock his legs so he has to hold the candelabra pose. Candles rest on his shoulders. The flame flickers when his muscles twitch. Next they bend him forward, knotting his torso to a low table frame, turning him into a two-tiered serving dish. Glasses balance on his back. Daisy slides a tray across his thighs. The edge of the nylon bites his skin with every breath. Jay gets flipped again, this time onto his back, knees spread and bound to his elbows so his belly becomes a flat coffee table surface. Nikki sets a steaming mug dead center. Every shift of his hips threatens to spill hot coffee onto skin already marked red by rope. Later he kneels upright, head canted back, mouth open—an ashtray waiting for the next drag. Smoke curls above his black hair. The camera cuts to a fountain pose: Jay on all fours, back arched, water cascading from a pitcher balanced on his spine while Nikki’s hand steadies the flow. Daisy sips from the stream. A close shot shows the nylon digging into his thighs as he fights to stay still. The last image freezes on him stretched across the floor again, every knot checked, every load-bearing tie cinched, the three lengths of rope turned into living sculpture. Released 2014. Black hair, mixed skin tones, heavy bondage, clear hierarchy: top, bottom, object.
