Anal Punishment for the ref

Helena Locke storms in like trouble on two legs. Ariel, the ref who robbed her, wakes up bound tight—ropes biting into her skin, her big tits trussed up like an offering. Helena tells her exactly why she’s here, then stuffs a gag in her mouth before Ariel can argue. Spanks land hard. Fingers twist Ariel’s nipples until she jerks in the ropes. Helena disappears for a second and returns with the enema bag swinging from her hand. She spells it out—every filthy step—then tongues Ariel’s asshole and works two fingers deep, getting it ready. More slaps. The nozzle slides in. Water starts flowing, stretching Ariel’s guts. Helena makes her push, watches the mess spill out, then jams a toy up her ass and starts the cycle again—fill, fuck, repeat. When she’s done tormenting, she crams a fat glass plug into Ariel’s hole and leaves her there, straining, leaking, fighting the ropes while the water keeps trying to force its way around the plug.
