Elise kneels on the floor, wrists and elbows lashed behind her back in a tight box tie. A rope loops her neck, holding her upright and daring her to move. Her ankles cross behind her, bound so the tendons strain. She wants both edges—hurt and release—so she asked Kino Payne to take her there. He straps a thick black ball gag between her teeth, the leather biting at the corners of her mouth, and runs his hand along the rough beard stubble at his jaw while he watches her breathe through the gag’s stretch.
